The arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, United States, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the unauthorized use or distribution of your content on the Site. This clause does not limit any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Delaware, United States for any litigation arising from these Terms.
